We’re an interline travel company specializing in hotels and resorts for airline employees and retirees, your family and friends! We’ve got over 300,000 properties around the world for you to select from. Book your flights or plan your travel mode as you normally do, and book your accommodations through us to save big on room nights!

Why should I sign up?
It’s free and not dependent on your employer having a contract with us. We have over 300,000 properties to choose from around the world, meaning we have your favorite hotel chains and so many new ones that will quickly become favorites. We offer deep discounts on everyday rates and awesome sales all the time, as well as contest to help you earn travel credits you can put towards your bookings!
Member Favorite Features: Our Ultimate Bump Protection, tax is included in our rates—what you see is the final price, we offer transportation reservations to and from the airport and you can book additional activities at your destination through us too!
What is Ultimate Bump Protection?
It’s awesome is what it is! It means that if you have to cancel your reservation—because you got bumped from your flight, or won’t be making it for any other reason—you won’t pay a penny. It’s sameday cancellation protection, for free. We just don’t think you should have to pay anything for vacations you don’t take!
How does Ultimate Bump Protection work?
It applies to Last Minute Bookings only. If you book Last Minute—72 hours or less from check in time—than you automatically get our Ultimate Bump Protection, for free. If you have to cancel your reservation, even same day, there’s no penalty and no cost to you. And, there’s no re-booking or re-scheduling to deal with, no one you need to talk to or explain things to. You pop onto GoBumpFree.com, login to your account and with just a few clicks, cancel your reservation. We take care of the rest for you.
If you book In Advance—more than 72 hours from your check in time—you won’t get the Ultimate Bump Protection but you'll have the hotel's standard cancellation policy. Be sure to read that carefully before booking.

Why does GoBumpFree ask for Airline Employee ID info?
Our platform is exclusive to the airline industry—active employees, retirees, your family and friends. We ask for your airline credentials in order to verify your account. You may be asked for this information by the accommodations provider as well, so it’s good to have on hand.
Can my family and friends sign up?
Of course they can! If they can travel on your passes, they are invited to be a GoBumpFree member. All they’ll need is your airline employee ID or your airline’s Speedy Validation Code to complete their registration quickly. They’ll received a confirmation email from us once the validation process is complete.
What is a Speedy Validation Code?
Some airlines have unique codes for their employees and retirees that allow new registrants to skip having to send in their ID—the speedy validation code becomes the ID. Check your intranet/travel page to see if your employer has a GoBumpFree registration code. If they do, add it to your registration form in the “Reference code” box. You can share it with family and friends too!
Once I register, what happens?
First: You’ll get an email from us confirming your registration form was successfully received and is now being validated.
Then: The validation process—this is done on our end and can take up to a few hours (usually less). Sit back and relax! If we need any more information from you to complete your GoBumpFree profile we’ll let you know by email. If you don’t hear from us within a few hours, be sure to check your spam folder!
Finally: Once the validation process is complete, you’ll receive a second email from us with all your account details. You’re officially registered with GoBumpFree!

Where can I get the latest travel news and deals?
You can find all the latest deals on the Hotels page once you log into your account. And if you like/follow us on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, you'll have access to contests, special promotions, and the newest hotels and resorts as they're added to our expansive collection. Just search for GoBumpFree on your favorite platform to stay in touch!
Can I list my property on GoBumpFree?
You can! You can find all the details on our Property Listing Overview page.
Do you have an app?
Nope—there's nothing to download or install! If you’ve got internet access, you can GoBumpFree. No updates to download or versions to manage.
What’s the catch?
There isn’t any! We think it’s wrong to have to pay for a trip you don’t get to take. We know how hard airline employees work, and how those odd schedules impact family and friends. So we created a service that enables you to do more travelling, easier. No catch.
I can’t find a hotel I saw the other day, where did it go?
It’s possible that a hotel or resort you saw the other day has been all booked up for the dates you're searching. Try different dates if you've got that flexibility in your travel plans. When it doubt, give our Customer Service team a call. They can often find a room for you, or help you find the perfect alternative!
I forget my password, how can I reset it?
